1. Who we are
kafto.gr is a community where members share deals, vouchers and freebies from shops in Greece. The site is run by [Ονοματεπώνυμο ή επωνυμία], [Διεύθυνση]. Contact: [email επικοινωνίας].
2. Your account
- You need an account to post, vote and comment. You must be at least 15 years old.
- You are responsible for your password and for what happens through your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from the "My account" page.
3. What you post
- Deals must be real, available in Greece and correctly priced when posted.
- No spam, undisclosed advertising, misleading content, abuse, illegal content or other people's personal data.
- If you work for a shop or benefit from a deal, say so in the description.
- You keep the rights to what you write, and give us a free licence to show it on the site.
4. Moderation
We may hide or delete content and suspend accounts that break these terms. Members can flag content with the "Report" button. When enough members report something, it is hidden until we review it.
5. Prices and shops
Deals are posted by members. We don't sell anything and don't guarantee prices, stock or product quality. You buy directly from the shop under its own terms. Always check the final price before you buy.
6. Affiliate links
Some links to shops may be affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which deals appear or how hot they are, which members' votes decide.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site or from purchases at third-party shops.
8. Changes and law
If we change these terms, we update the date above. Greek law applies.
